A great morning brings smile on the face and make you feel refresh, energetic and excited. And the best thing that help you to get that is your first drink. Try to choose one that enhance your energy, make you feel more excited and bring positivity in you. Either you can search by yourself or go with one from our suggestions, to start your day with a great, healthy and energetic morning drink.
What about the inclusion of “king of fruits” in your first drink. Wow! That’s the expression when I heard it first and hopefully, yours as well. While traditional tea-biscuits make me bore, it will improve my excitement and make me energetic whole the day.
To make it more healthy and delicious, include a bit of ginger juice in it to compliment the smoothie. You can do experiment with it by mixing orange juice or banana in it. I tried orange and it was just great!
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ large mango
- 1¼ teaspoons ginger juice (see note below)
- 4 ice cubes
- Optional: 1/2 ripe banana (about 2 ounces peeled banana) or vanilla yogurt
One of the famous and most popular morning drink that is generally used by several and had significant results as well. It comes at the top of the list and assured for the health.
As a healthy drink, it contains lemon as a major ingredient and honey for the sweetness. You can do experiments by adding a bit of ginger juice for a different taste.
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup or more of hot water
- Optional: 1 teaspoons ginger juice
Try something different from green and black tea to start an energetic day. Choose one from the international territory – Yerba Mate Chai (south American tea) which contains sweet and grassy taste. You can feel the taste of spices that generally belongs to the classical one.

- ½ of a star anise star
- 10 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole white peppercorns

- 2 heaping tablespoons of yerba mate tea (or another tea of your choice)
- 3 cups almond milk/coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

Cool green smoothies are quite a best option to start a warm day. While the green ingredient makes it healthier, fresh fruits include a sweet taste in it. Green leafs of spinach/kale/romaine/swiss chard etc. includes a greener & healthier feel, whereas on the other side, water/milk along with fresh fruits includes a sweeter feel.
